The first car you ever owned. Was it a Bimmer? Was it your favorite of all you have had since? Do you have great memories of it, compared to the current experiences in our Bimmers?

Me, It was a '76 Mercury Cougar XR7, loaded, got it when I was 19 in '78. It was a beautiful cruiser. I could haul-ass for hours on it's 26 gal tank, with four friends to boot! My current '95 525ia is a fantastic machine. Other than someone else paying for it, I really can't think of any other car I would like right now. As far as memories, I've only had this(my first)BMW for 6 months. But so far, so good!
