I agree with Jeff in a way....dont ask him "did you see me spin my tires." You have just basically said....I spun my tires...but did you see me? Ask the officer...."when you saw my car, what did you see?"

I might be *real* careful about asking if he saw your car spin the tires. If he says "Yes", you now have the undesireable situation of calling him a liar. If he didn't think you spun them then you'd likely wouldn't have gotten the ticket.

Might be better to ask yes/no questions regarding everything BUT that. Anyways, carefully consider the questions you ask and always be sure you can either get the answer you want OR have evidence to contradict statement. Just watch Perry Mason! :)
