How is a good attorney a contradiction? You obviously have people in your police department who are supposed to protect people....yet they cant even write a damn ticket. Remind me not to come to your city anytime soon.

I work for a large Police Dept, and I know that Cops make mistakes on tickets all the time. Most people would cringe if they knew how easy is can be to fight and beat a ticket.

The below suggestions about taking photos of the rubber marks are good. Be sure to include a ruler to show the width of the marks. Then photograph your tires with the same ruler. The old, "If it does not must aquit" theory.

When incorrect information is entered on a ticket,a good attorney,(that's a real contradiction in terms, huh!)can point these things out as sloppy police work, and then maybe turn it into a pattern of sloppiness.

Have manufacturer info about the inability of your car to spin it's wheels.....etc.

It all comes down to showing the judge that you
took the time to come to court and defend yourself when you believed the you are right.

Good Luck!!
