All O2 sensors use the same technology. If the threads fit (most are 18mm) and the electrical connector hooks up, or you are good at soldering, and you replace a one wire with a one wire and a three wire with a three wire, you should be okay.

The Mustang uses Bosch injectors but are slightly larger than the stock 3.5 engine.

I heard you can use them but have not tried. I just purchased a Bosch o2 sensor at advance auto parts for $83.00 and it took 5 Minutes to install.
