To be a bit more specific, you could also word this as connect pin #7 to pin #19, correct?
Short pin # 7 and 19 on the dianostic connection, turn ignition to "on" (not start)position, leave key in on position for 5 seconds for an oil service reset and 11-12 seconds for an inspection reset. Remove short after the five seconds and you should be reset. Turn key back to off. A momentary contact switch with a little bit of wire and the right size bullets for the connector makes a good reset tool. Some people solder in a resistor for added protection. Just make damn sure you get the right pins!! The momentary contact switch also makes for a neat remote starter when adjusting the valves. Good luck!
