You should be able to get a manual for the American E34 from BMW NA. There won't be a translated manual for your exact model. There will most likely be features on your car that won't be found in American versions and vice versa.

Also the 2.0 liter engine may not have been imported to the states. You may contact Bekkers and have them order any parts needed that aren't available here. The airfreight parts from Germany every week or two.
