The oxygen sensor doesn't do anything until it warms up. If the car idles funny when it STARTS from cold like you say, that would be Idle Control Valve. But, if it does it all the time, I'm thinking vaccum leak somewhere...

-Tim (had a vaccum leak in my VALVE COVER GASKET from not torquing the valve cover on tight enough!)
