I have the exact same cluster/board and did as Bill suggested and soldered away at the extrusions to get the board off. Take your time....stick the point of the solder gun INTO the hole of the extrusion and gently pull up on the circuit board. Once you do this to all of them, you'll get the board off.

Now, as to where the capacitors are, I would like to know as well. When I took the board off, I was surprised to find NO capacitors, at least none like you see on Bruno's site. Nothing even close. There's a metallic "box" that is the brains (chip) to the board, but nothing like the battery-type capacitors. Let me know if you figure it out cuz I gave up (this was a spare board/cluster so I wanted to know ahead of time how to replace the capacitors...)
