Some of them are good buys. I got good use out of their jack stands, jack, socket sets and other tools. Their clamps are good. They have some good deals on their refurb stuff.

Their open end wrenchs flaked on me, the taps and dies are best for chasing threads instead of cutting them.

All in all, quite pleased with them. I also use ebay, but there seem to be less bargains on ebay compared to a year ago. Also, with HF, I order and get it. I don't have to monitor ebay to see if I got outbid last minute.

I noticed there is a harbor freight store here in pasadena and the prices for their tools is quite cheap compared to snap-on, matco, etc. Can anyone vouch for their quality? Thanks
