Don't know about wheel exchange but I've been scammed by BMWheels.com. He charge my credit card and never shippped a wheel. He now claims he credited my account. But it's not showing on my statement now after more than a week.


I'm looking at a set of wheels from this place, but need to know if I can trust them.
