Any tips on removing the upper bolt of the sway bar link (level of difficulty rises with the amount of rust)? The location seems too tight for a closed-end wrench or a socket due to the taper of the mounting piece. It looks like you could get at it by removing the thin shield behind the rotor, though this seems like overkill for a simple job. I've done the WD40, heat, and pound routine.
