Thoughts -

- Do you ever smell antifreeze in the cabin? If so, could be the heater core o-rings / inlets / core. These cars are infamous for leaking heater systems.

- Was the car pressure tested cold? I seem to recall better results with cold, multi hour pressure test.

- You didn't mention the results of the test but can we assume no leaks? Was the test done per above and how long was it tested?

Anyone else have any suggestions?

90 535i (new radiator, pump, hoses, cap and a very slightly leaking heater core...grrr)

Ok, I give up. I seem to be adding coolant about every week. About a pint or two is all it takes. The car runs cool, no apparent leaks. I even had it pressure tested! But the low coolant light comes on every week! Checked the oil, no water there either. Is it the start of a head gasket problem? Any ideas or past experience would be appreciated.
