I purchased a wheel and tire package from them November 2000. They didn't offer the lowest price for what I was looking for...but I felt they were up front, honest and answered all my questions. The order was packaged (very well) and shipped to my front door. All I had to do is put the wheels on the car. On Mothers Day (2001), I had taken a trip to the Detroit MI area for a concert...the interstate was in horrible condition and I hit a huge hole in the highway were a big chunk of concrete had fallen out. (about 8" deep across the entire lane @ 75mph, SRS system activated...etc.) Long story short...I had to order 2 new front rims. I called The Wheel Exchange...and the owner was kind enough to give me a "good" deal since it had only been 6 months. There great to do business with and I highly recommend them. Plus they give you new lug nuts and center caps with the BMW roundel already attached.

Thanks.
