Changed them with instructions that Gale has at her website (don't have URL, she posts regularly, check archives). Took about 90 minutes, made for much smoother car at idle.

Da old 535i has been awefully reliable as of late and I'm jonesing to get some grease under my fingers.

Have a little bit of shake in the chasis at idle and was thinking it was time to put in new engine mounts. Soo...I think Bill R. and Bruno have done this (yes Bruno..hehe..saw the web page writeup)..and was wondering how much smooooother it might be. I think it's safe to assume the existing mounts are original. Think I should go for it? Anyone recall what BMA was charging for a left/right set of mounts?
