Really simple. It opens a new horizon for you :-)

All in all, with parts and tools (bought some cheapies) I got out less than 1/2 the price the shops were quoting me ($700+). The tools were mine to keep (doh) and I was able to stretch my expenses over a longer period (rather than shelling it out at once).

Get a Bentley, inspect archives, check out Bruno's site - it is REALLY simple.

I would like to do it, but kind of hesitate because of time and safety. Also, I don't have any tools or experience. It might be easy for you, but I have never done this kind of maintenance. I wrestle with computers most of the day. Did fix the seat cabling the other day which was rewarding.
