My experience:
I had all of the above at 90,000 miles: Right front out of round new tire/RR bent rim/worn thrust/control arm bushings. Bad bushings magnify any shimmy from anything. High speed balance will find and or cure any wheel/tire problem. As far as I can see, any 55mph shimmy at all means bushings even if you find other causes & cure them.
