How's the ride with the 18's? (Did you get a chance to test them out before you put the springs in?) How does the whole setup feel?

Probably a silly question, but are the 18's prone to denting easily (stiff bumps etc) any more so than smaller diameter wheels?

Hey Dan,

Thanks for the compliment. I bought the wheels
at Crevier BMW (Santa Ana, CA). They are
18X8 all the way around, 235/40/18 Michellin
Pilot Sport tires with H&R lowering springs.
You are correct, no hub centric rings needed
as E38 & E34 share the same hub and off set,
therefore I bought E38 18X8 Radial Styling
wheels. The whole set up has worked out
perfectly! Now if I could only add the Dinan
exhaust like JE has....that would be the
finishing touch!
