Not sure about the touring, but in the sedan it's behind the roof pillar just above the rear seat back, on the driver's side. Same trim that houses the reading light. The trim pops off, as I remember, but I found that removing the back seat back made it much easier to put it back on.

I can't find any reference to the C pillar trim in Bentleys. Is that the vertical trim behind the rear seat, between the front & rear, or left of the windshield? That said, how do I remove it w/o damaging something?
