Did you clean the hub area really well before putting the new rotor on ? Does the car pull when you brake ?

There is always a little bit of brake pad drag, its possible that you have a caliper that is a little tight.

With the car jacked up, the right front wheel seems to "catch" on something during about 1/3 of its revolution. Just put new rotors/pads on. Is this the wheel bearing?
