is this an m5? is this what our cars look like with the official bmw m5 aero? and what about the door strips, i have a 525i so i have a nasty black trim, can we get ones that match our paint? or do we have to paint the existing strips? thanks guys.

It looks to me to be either a later 525 or a 540 (or someone who's swaped for a wide grill). The body kit is aftermarket, and the bumper trim has been painted. Onall the factory cars, the bumper trim was black (it was the air dam, side skirts, and rear apron that were painted body color on the later cars) so if you want it you have to have it painted. Hope this helped.

I can't tell you one way or the other if that is an M5 or not, but the one thing I can say is that is a Racing Dynamics body kit on the car (have the same one on mine), not one from the factory.
