windshield washer reservoir removal (archive)

Hi All,
Do any of u guys know how to remove the windshield washer reservoir? I need to remove it to get at a bolt so that
I can change out the signal lights for the clears. I've done the drivers, but the passenger side is giving me a hard time. I can get at it but not with enough leverage.
