I think that part of the beauty of e34s is that they are way underpriced (at least the 525 and 535). Perhaps it is because I live in the midwest. I was looking at MB 300Es, when I "discovered" the e34. Comparable mileage and years can be had for thousands less than the 300E.

By the way, I sold a VW Cabriolet and bought a very nice e34 for about the same amount of money.
