hey guys, i'm new to the bimmer world and about to buy a 535i

Now, from the info that I got on the car, its a '91 "535iA" (i have no idea what the A is for as it does not say so on the car) now it has 110,000 KM (not miles, about 70,000miles)
I'm just wondering how much would be a good price for it, because the guy wants $10,000 canadian (about $6,500US)
and what kind of problems will I encounter with it...
