I just purchased a NO2 kit for my 95 540i. Its a "dry" system. To be somewhat cautious I plan on only using a 75 hp boost nozzel and having it only kick in over 3000 rpm. It seems logical the engine should be able to handle an extra 75 hp but I don't want to push the limit. Bavarian Autosports recommends no more than 50 hp, but I think it should be able to handle 75 hp. Anyone have experience with Nitrous systems in their 540s? How else can you boost hp by 75 for $550 plus $600 labor?

Also I just bought a new open air intake kit (cone filter instead of enclosed) any feedback on it?

I want to upgrade the exhaust but done want it too loud. Anyone know of a deep, not too loud exhaust set up?

Lastly, was thinking of putting a stabilizer bar to connect the top of the struts -- will it provide any noticable difference?
