Purchased over $500 worth of things in May. Received the wrong part for one of the products - got the passenger's side fog light instead of a driver's side one. Returned it and paid for postage on my own with instructions to send the correct one. Didn't hear from them for weeks, so I called and a while later, received ANOTHER passenger's side fog light. Returned it with my own money again with instructions to credit my credit card since I don't want to deal with this incompetent company again. Again, I didn't get a response from them for weeks. Also, I once posted a question about replacing the AC condensor in the forum, and got a email that sounds like a ordinary third-party reader of this forum mentioning that the people at Zygmunt are good, blah blah blah. Well, the email address happened to be the same one from the website of the company. Mmmmmm....... I believe that happened in the forums also. Not too honest, is it?

Everything is good and well when things are right, but if something does go wrong, you're in for a nightmare to get it fixed. That and shady business practices keeps me away for good. Hope this helps.


Does anyone have any experience with Zygmunt Motors?
