We'll debate this forever, and in the end, you'll still do it. All we can do is learn from your experiences. I think what we're saying is that "chip HP" appears safer to us as we don't see evidence of premature engine failures because of the chip. It is a "mild" tweak.
Nitrous is difficult to contain, as it is not as easily metered as injector pulsewidth and timing advance/retard, so I've been told. Again, hearsay.
Go forth and learn, so that we may learn from your experiences as well. But don't expect me to run out and slap a system on my car.
