euro lights use H1 bulbs, while E34 (and E32, and E30 I think, and maybe even E36?) use 9006 lows, 9005 high. So, it's just a different xenon bulb. Your supplier should be able to get both H1 and 9006... ask him.
Euro lights ARE ellipsoid too.
