handle apart and check the contact points on that big relay on the circuit board. If the points are stuck together then thats your problem. You might be able to clean them up carefully with a points file if they are burnt.


mosfets, I think this failure is the fan control relay thats built into the handle of the sword on the circuit board. Thats the same relay that gives you high speed only in the event of the mosfets failing...
I just got my sword reconditioned about 4 months ago. Is it normal for it to go out this quick possibly?


This just started tonight...the fan...even though off.....still runs. It wont turn off unless I turn off the car, any ideas?
