I know a bunch of you people have mechanical skills. My old 1990 Dodge Spirit (which stopped running which is why I got my E34), has been sitting dead for a couple months now. My sister is in desperate need of a car and I need to get it fixed.

The problem with it, is that when I turn the key, there is no engine turnover. The lights on the dash came on, but sorta dimmed out. Made me think it was the battery. I replaced it with a totally new battery. The car now 'clicks' like it gets a spark, but still no turnover. I'm thinking maybe the starter, but is there any easy way to diagnose this?
