I get the shimmy @ 55-60 without applying the brakes. Did yours do it without brakes before you replaced upper arms. I have thought mine to be wheel balancing.

Replaced both upper arms 2 months ago. Still shimmys at 55-60 when brakes applied. Rotors ok.

Appreciate your advise.

i had the shimmys and some clunks(137000/94 540) put 750 bushings,tie-rods,idler arm and right sway bar link(the clunk)had it aligned and new tires are next...it runs smooth except at idle, NIKASIL....m
