I have been running 80W low and 100w highs in a xenon/halogen mix for about a year. No LKM or overheating probs (even at 110F air temps). US elipsoid lenses. Lows are way better than 9005 halogen conversions, and highs would light up a stadium. Works for me.

Not yet but was waiting for some input from board members. I am thinking of replacing the stock bulbs with a Hella super nova (9006) upgrading to the 80 watt bulb. I don't know if this will give me more light out in front of the car (better pattern) but it should give more light over all. Hope it doesn't blow fuses :)
