...and I was out there for about 20 minutes... it was dark, so I kept turning the lights on and off, and it was windy and it was rainy..... (about as ugly as a Canadian October night can get...well, not "about"....it could have been worse). And yes, the neighbors lights did come on...and how did you know her name is Gladys.....'Gladis...call the police...what's that powder he's using"?
