After a lot concern and question since the 89's don't have a wiring harness, installation was successful. NO WIRING DIAGRAM WAS NECESSARY. My battery died last night, so I had to reprogram my old BMW radio, well when I pulled out the original radio code cards, BMW was nice enough to include a connector diagram of the radio. Then I pulled the radio out again and noticed that underneath all the individual connections--the radio is even imprinted with what goes where. So I just connected one wire at a time to the new BLAUPUNKT SANTA FE

I stongly recommend the Santa Fe to anybody. I got it new on ebay for $150 shipped. It even has an ORANGE display. It sounds about, oh 100 times better than the stock radio.

Time to connect is tonight was 1 hour 30 minutes. I used wire crimps for all the connections.

Now I ROCK! If anybody needs details, I am happy to share.
