Capacitor is an energy stiffening device... not a storage device like battery. Capacitor is lighting quick compared to battery at releasing the energy.

Bass eat electricity super fast and hard in short time... which our battery or alternator cannot supply... therefore causing loose bass sound.

With capacitor... there is no electric 'lag'... so the bass is nice and tight as it is supposed to. The other thing is that you know there are capacitors in amps... and cheap amps have lousy capacitors in there... so when you add an external capacitor... you are improving the quality of the amp... However, it is only good for bass...

At higher frequency, it is dependent on the amplifier quality... not capacitor.
