The OBC bongs just before the hour so that you can tune into a news station and catch the news which begins at the hour. As stated below, the bong is at 38 degrees because there could be ice forming in shady places. I've never had any trouble with my jack, you just turn the crank one way for up, and the other way for down. There should be a tool near the jack that you can use for removing the center caps, a big hex thing with a handle.
Is there anywhere that I pick one up for pretty cheap? I didn't get the owner's manual with mine since the guy who was the previous owner must have been greedy or misplaced it.
I'd like to know all the "cool" little things that you can do with the OBC. I'm sick of it telling me it's 7:59 instead of 8:00. I don't want to know when the temperature is 38 degrees either, I'd rather have it tell me at 32 degrees. LOFL! How the hell do you work that jack!? For the life of me, I can't figure out how you assemble the damn thing. How do you get the center part of the wheel off so you can screw with the nuts!? ROFL... Ok, I'm done...
Anyway, if you have any "leads", just throw up a link. Thanks.
