No, it is not true that you only add capacitor when light start blinking... Look... alot of you are non-believer... why don't you try the experiment as a group... one of you buy a capacitor...

In the car... set up the volume... loud but no so loud... and keep that setting there... remember the volume #... start off without capacitor... and listen good to one song... your favorite bassy song... pay particular attention to bass only... how it sounded...looseness... or tightenss... and then put the capacitor on... and same volume... same song... and listen again.
