If you have intensive clean installed, the tank is piggy backed to the washer fluid tank... you put BMW's intensive cleaner in it and when you push the stalk it is the same as "wash", except that it uses the intensive cleaner. If you have the winter package it should be there, as well as another tank on the driver's side that has the headlight and spotlight washer in it.
