use fiberglass sheetrock tape on the back and spread on "rigid red" two part epoxy, part# TE-R available only from Crest East Coast. call 732-458-9000 for your area's saleman. Then use part# TP-E two part epoxy on the front side, and shoot with matching paint. Remember if you painting the bumper yourself remember to use a flex agent in the mix. For and emergency repair: If your cover becomes heavily damaged and is hanging. The doomed bumper can be temorarily repaired by drilling 3/16th inch holes with a metal bit, 1/4" to the left and to the right of the crack and using wire ties to hold it together.
