What's the driving diff between V6 & V8 ? (archive)

I mean V8 engine Vs 535 V6 .
I hav't got the change to drive 535 , I believe it's a good
one . But seems many challenge to the V8 engine even it's new block , so just want to know the disadvantage compare to the V6 engine , less power , driving feeling , broken parts or unreliable design ? any advise appreciated .
