Josh is right. This is easy to fix. 600 grit wet-sand the bumper to rough it up, clean with wax and grease remover, spray the paint and clear within 24 hours of each other and spray nicely and uniformly and you can bypass the final wet-sand with 2000 grit step. This is easy. No blending required as it is a separate part and optically distanced from the rest of the car.
Any paints store will make up a batch of color for you off your paint code. On strut tower inside engine bay.
My rear bumper paint looks like it is peeling badly. Big 3" long scaly areas where the clear coat (I assume) is coming off. Any fixes?
