How much have you toyed with your wastegate, is it the stock wastegate from the td. If you its not going to be set to create any higher pressure than the exact of what your intaking, if that makes any sense. I am also not sure how your runing your stock fuel pressure regulator and a aftermarket one, Mainly due to the fact that your stock one on the fuel rail should override the inline one. It also may stress the stock one and cause fuel shortage issues. Not to mention the stock fuel pressure regulator is mean to run on vacume and the aftermarket meant to run on boost, so techinically neither should be allowing for any fuel. And when you do get boost, the stock regulator will flip out.
WAIT, of topic, im sitting here at work looking out the window when i just saw a completely NASTY Cavalier drive bye, clear lights, ghetto huge chrome rims, and way way way to much fiberglass and vinyl for me to handle. back to the topic.i would toy around with the wastegate, get ahold of the manufacturer of it and see what its specs are. And its adjustment. thanx i hope some of this helps, if you have any more ?'s i would love to help..
l8er,
josh
