I read on this post a fine explanation of why Bently recommends you take your E34 to a qualified mechanic to flush the brake system fluid. But I have also read that slamming on your brakes to kick in the ABS will cycle fluid through the ABS system... is this true? Also - how do you cycle fluid through the AST system? How does the AST system kick in?
