Sounds like he doesn't have the history. If it doesn't have records I would be wary. I would never make an offer on a car sight unseen without and inspection and leakdown test. There are well-taken care of cars you just have to be patient.

I havent seen that one on before. This imotors had a silver one a month ago that I was interested in. When I asked him mu usual 100 or so questions, he told me that the silver one was definitely not the car for me. At least he was honest. So if I were you ring him up and talk to him, he seemes honest and if youy are looking for a well documented one (as you should be) he will let you know if this is the right car for you.
