Yes, you can purchase a M5 between $15-20. Relaize that you will spend $10,000 for shipping, insurance, customs, and EPA/DOT federalization. Note that you will still have a M5 that may need work (tires, brakes, shocks, etc). But a 94/95 3.8 with 60k for $25,000 is a great deal. Good luck.
