How much weight? Why? Do you care about creature comforts? Noise?
The interior is heavy, esp the power seats. After removing the interior, scrape the asphalt sound deadening off. That's probably about 100 lbs throughout the car. The OEM exhaust is heavy. Replace with a good Euro resonator and stainless muffler. Get lighter wheels, like IFG forged wheels (17 lbs each). Remove the self-levelling suspension. Remove the A/C. Switch to an Optima battery, save 20+ lbs. Remove the spare tire, tools, and trunk interior.
Some of this stuff can be done without destroying the car.
