the only real difference is sway bars. It is stiffer than stock for sure but not too stiff. I would recommend putting in the camber plates (Stage III) also. They make a huge difference and there is no additional labor cost if you put them in at the same time. Problem is, according to my last conversation with Dinan when I bought my camber plates, there are no stage three springs left. I have stage one springs and the car sits 1/4" higher with the camber plates. My car sits with a slight rake but cars with the stage three springs have slighty more rake because the springs are 1/4" shorter.
