Anyone ever blown an engine and used Bavarian Engine Exchange? What is their product quality like?

Yes, I purchased a new port-n-polished hear from them (with new cam). On the first head, there were cracks in the end of the cam. Sent it back. On the second replacement head, there were two eccentrics missing, which is unbelieveable since they are supposed to adjust the valves before shipment.

So, I certainly had issues with them, but in the end, they gave me some cash and credit to make up for their mistakes. The first mistake was excusable, the second was not.
