As I have told them, the old damages which have been found are old, fine, and they don't have to be responsible for that. Old items that were damages was not my claim. I was not aware of these old problems, and if they appear old, I can certainly understand that they can not be covered.
The reason I took my car into have things looked at again was the air bag light came on under their warranty period.
That does not give them the right to decline all claims, including new ones.
Consumers believe what you will.
I am just sharing my bad experiences with 1sourceautowarranty.com, their rude claims dept.
I praise their sales dept, esp. Mr. Hales, who is very professional and courteous.
I don't care for this guy named Mike, and I certainly don't care to ever deal with the
claim's manager.
Old damages that happened before I didn't know about, and didn't ask for their coverage. My service dept found the items that needed service, and 1sourceautowarranty is using any identifiable old damage to blame and deny all claim.
This is an old practice of these insurance company to deny your claims, and since my post, I have received many supportive emails stating the same experience they had.
Extended warranty buyers beware!
