It should do the flap test twice but mine does it only once. Don't know if there is a relationship here but I'm suspicious about my throttle sensor. Can anybody tell me what I should measure at the three pins (disconnected connector) with the throttle in different positions?

I got an advise on how the flap can be checked:
Disconnect the vacuum hose and try the full throttle acceleration between 3800 and 4200 rpm. Do you feel a difference? I could not feel it but the stopwatch told me that it was a difference. Indicating that the flap + control is OK. But I'm still not 100% sure ...

Yes, it is supposed to flap twice after initial start-up, all done in under 5 seconds of starting. As for the fault search, I don't remember how to do the stomp test, so you might be stuck checking for old posts. Sorry for not being to help on the last part, I know it's frustrating have to look for the information. Try checking www.m5springboard.com, and looking in some of the how-to links to see if there is a post or shortcut to something that can tell you how to do it. I'm pretty sure it's there.

Has anybody had any trouble with the resonance flap control?
This unit is supposed to check itself by engaging two times
after start up. Can someone confirm this ? Advice regarding fault search will be appreciated! I`ve checked the vaccum hoses...Please respond!
