Read below. Rob Levinson came up with one idea, and I ellaborated it to make another. Both work great for decreasing pedal travel to the floor. Both are a 5 minute jub, for less that $3 in parts. I got mine from Fred Meyers, and he got his from Pep Boys.

I have an e30M3 and just bought a 91 M5, the only complaint is the distance of the clutch throw. Is there any easy or cheap trick that has been proven to add a clutch stop or just shorten the throw? I had just lengthen the stop in the M3 to reduce the throw to use only the useful distance, but in the M5 I see no obvious method in my 2 minute assessment.

Thanks...
